Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods or promotional events.

We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.

Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD

Orders under $50 CAD will have shipping calculated at checkout.
United States

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

Free shipping is not available for U.S. orders.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery windows:

U.S. Orders – Duties & Taxes
U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs-related fees.
Cordwainers Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes:

Return shipping and related charges may be deducted from any eligible refund
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your shipment appears lost:

We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation where applicable.
